Regional and National Recognition from American College of Trial Lawyers
Dan Folluo was recently elected to a 4-year term as a member of the Board of Regents of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He will be the Regent for Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming. The Board of Regents is the governing body of the College. The American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) is composed of preeminent members of the Trial Bar from the United States and Canada. It is recognized as the leading trial lawyers organization in both countries. Fellowship is extended only by invitation, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. Although there are currently more than 5,800 Fellows across the U.S. and Canada, membership can never be more than 1% of any state or province’s total lawyer population.
John Tucker, a Fellow and past Regent, was recently featured in an article in the current issue of The American College of Trial Lawyers’ national publication, The Journal. The College highlighted John’s skill not only as a trial lawyer but as an advocate for his clients and the broader community. John’s dedication and work in changing health insurance coverage policies to include Cochlear implants is only one example of his lasting impact on the law and the legal profession. Our firm is fortunate to have his expertise and leadership, and we are proud of John as his achievements are nationally recognized.
