John Tucker has practiced with the Firm since his graduation from law school. He has tried dozens of major cases, such as ones involving mass toxic torts, catastrophic brain injury, and products liability stemming from instrumentalities as small as personal electronics to as complex as county-wide natural gas distribution networks.

John is a Fellow, Past Regent, Committee and State Chairman of the American College of Trial Lawyers; a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers; an Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates; a Fellow of the Oklahoma and American Bar Foundations; a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and American Bar Associations; a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission for the State of Oklahoma, 2011-2017; Chairman of the United States Supreme Court Historical Society for the 10th Circuit of Appeals (2012-2016); a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, and a Master of the American Inns of Court.
In addition to his work for clients, he is the Senior Adjunct Settlement Judge, Special Projects, for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma. He has conducted over 100 private and judicial mediations. He was Chairman of the Civil Justice Reform Act Advisory Committee for the Northern District of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma delegate on the Tenth Circuit Advisory Committee of the U.S. Court of Appeals and Chairman for the US magistrate Judge Selection Committee for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma.
