Dan concentrates on civil defense cases, emphasizing products liability, transportation law, extra-contractual defense and professional liability. Dan has served as first-chair trial counsel in more than 70 jury trials during his career.
Dan served for more than a decade as an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the Tulsa County Court System, and now applies that wealth of experience as a private mediator in a variety of civil matters.
