Dan concentrates on civil defense cases, emphasizing products liability, transportation law, extra-contractual defense and professional liability. Dan has served as first-chair trial counsel in than 15 cases since joining the Firm. He also serves as an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the Tulsa County Court System.
