Randy Long and Austin Jackson defended a construction contractor in a two-week jury trial over a residential construction project gone awry.  Our client was sued on a third-party claim by the general contractor due to allegations of damage from the client’s work. Through sharp witness examination and some key visual evidence, the Rhodes Hieronymus trial team convinced the jury that the general contractor was primarily at fault and our client was just stuck in the crossfire through no fault of its own.
