Highlights
Austin has served as first chair in three jury trials (breach of contract, premises liability and construction negligence) and second chair in others. He has been the briefing lawyer for more than a handful of winning dispositive motions, and in 2025 he obtained for successful defendants an award of attorney fees of over $100,000.
