Randy's practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance disputes. His experience includes commercial matters, construction disputes, transportation, employment, product liability, class actions, insurance bad faith and coverage, and personal injury.
Randy entered the legal profession after working in various industries and running a small business. Randy leverages this business experience, and his resulting broader understanding of the difficulties that people face every day, to help his clients resolve their legal disputes while minimizing the anxiety and stress that accompany them.
Transportation companies regularly retain Randy to perform triage investigations immediately following catastrophic accidents. Construction and manufacturing clients hire Randy to help them when OSHA investigates workplace accidents, and when necessary, to fight OSHA in court.
Outside the courtroom, Mr. Long frequently presents seminars to attorneys and insurance professionals on Oklahoma law, insurance claims handling, and uninsured motorist insurance law.
