Nathan concentrates his practice in medical malpractice defense (physicians and hospitals), hospitality and retail defense, specialty panel insurance defense, insurance subrogation, commercial litigation and mold claims.
Nathan has tried 12 cases to juries since 2013.
Highlights
Nathan has served as President for the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel.
Nathan is specialty litigation counsel for several national truck stops and convenience store groups, hospitality and retail companies, and air ambulance and emergent care providers. Nathan also is preferred panel counsel for several major insurers.
