Mike enjoys trial court litigation with an emphasis on transportation law, premises liability, construction litigation, professional liability and wrongful death claims, in both federal and state courts.
Highlights
During law school, Mike was a member of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law and served as its Publishing Editor. He was also a member of Phi Delta Phi international legal honor society. At NMSU, Mike was selected to the Blue Key National Honor Fraternity and served as the chapter President.
Mike handles complex litigation and is experienced building relationships with clients and business partners to timely investigate and analyze their legal issues to identify and manage risk and to develop a plan that assures their best interests are represented while preserving economic stability.
