Getting sued meant getting even for this team of construction contractors

A roofing contractor, its owner and even its consultant were among many sued in Oklahoma's Grady County in the legal fallout from a star-crossed scheme to create a fully integrated hemp production businesses. Our team of Eric Clark and Austin Stiles were able to get the business owner dismissed at the outset. They followed this up with a summary judgment on behalf of the consultant and the roofing business itself on all claims-- including negligent injury to property, breach of contract, fraud, and conversion.

Not content with total victory on the legal claims, Austin and Eric sought recovery of all attorney fees in the case. The trial court readily agreed, awarding the entire amount requested.
