A roofing contractor, its owner and even its consultant were among many sued in Oklahoma's Grady County in the legal fallout from a star-crossed scheme to create a fully integrated hemp production businesses. They followed this up with a summary judgment on behalf of the consultant and the roofing business itself on all claims-- including negligent injury to property, breach of contract, fraud, and conversion.
