Practice Overview

His practice is primarily focused on general civil litigation, including employment, transportation, construction, insurance coverage, and bad faith. Mr. Foster handles both commercial litigation and insurance defense.

Highlights

Nick Foster earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in 2014 and law degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2016, with Honors. During law school, Mr. Foster was a member of the Tulsa Law Review, AAJ trial competition team, Immigrant Rights Project legal clinic, and Phi Delta Phi international legal honor society. He also studied abroad in Dublin, Ireland, earned a CALI Award in International Law, and received The Order of The Barristers.

Mr. Foster has successfully defended Oklahoma business owners and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation. In addition to general litigation, his practice includes insurance coverage opinions, dram shop, legal counseling, and appellate litigation.

Mr. Foster’s professional affiliations include the Oklahoma Bar Association and Tulsa County Bar Association.
