Oklahoma jurisdiction doesn't arise when freight passes through the nation's crossroads
The district court took up a question of whether the passage of commercial goods through Oklahoma was sufficient to confer general or subject matter jurisdiction. The district court considered an extensive record and engaged in an extensive analysis of applicable law to reach its conclusion that minimum contacts jurisdiction could not be asserted over the manufacturer and owner of the goods being shipped through the Oklahoma in interstate commerce.
