National franchisor of swimming pool construction achieves total defense jury verdict in Oklahoma state court

A local franchisee was alleged to have left work undone and monies misappropriated, and was himself nowhere to be found. The national franchisor faced claims of breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, and agency, all arising out of the conduct of its independent franchisee.

Bill McKee and Joseph Stall needed just three days to get this case to the jury, which found for the national franchisor on all claims in a matter of hours.

This outcome reinforces important legal principles governing franchisor liability in Oklahoma and again demonstrates our aptitude for defense of national companies confronting claims in Oklahoma's 77 district courts.
