That was Colin Tucker's challenge- to find a way to win for a major local company caught up in a battle between a national corporation and the 4th largest city in Oklahoma. After several rounds of motions for summary judgment, two dozen hearings and a four-day jury trial, our client achieved a full recovery as well as vindication on all claims brought against it.
