Jon's practice is civil litigation, with special expertise in defense of medical professionals and hospitals. Before joining the Firm, Jon served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oklahoma.
Highlights
Jon has tried to verdict more than 20 jury trials, as well several appellate matters. He has handled several matters pro bono for Oklahoma Lawyers for Children. Jon served on the Boards of the Cleveland County YMCA and the Young Lawyers Association of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Jon's published cases include Allen v. Harrison, 2016 OK 44-- a medical negligence case which helped establish the guidelines for patient informed consent in Oklahoma.
