James is a civil trial lawyer representing businesses, insurers and individuals involved in complex disputes throughout Oklahoma. James is a native of Muskogee, Oklahoma with experience in private practice there as well as in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
James' recent experience has been in defense of clients in matters involving insurance law, bad faith, professional negligence, construction defects, real estate, trucking accidents, oil and gas law, premises liability, personal injury, and products liability.
