Elizabeth focuses on matters involving professional liability defense (design professionals, medical professionals, attorneys, accountants, veterinarians), employment law defense, premises liability, and general civil litigation.
Highlights
Elizabeth is an Alaska native who but completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma. Elizabeth has been recognized as Rising Star Top Young Attorney in Oklahoma Magazine’s Super Lawyer edition and is a 2017 Best Lawyers in America inductee.
Elizabeth has tried cases in Oklahoma's state and federal courts and before various administrative agencies and boards, as well as maintaining an active appellate practice. Long-time clients include several insurance carriers as well as national and regional companies. She is a regular speakers at conferences and continuing education seminars.
Outside of the courts, Elizabeth serves as a board member for Rockin G Equine Sanctuary, a non-profit dedicated to retraining and re-homing off-the-track thoroughbred racehorses.
