Theresa N. Hill is a Partner with Rhodes Hieronymus. Ms. Hill’s practice focuses on complex litigation and insurance disputes. She has represented clients in trial and appellate litigation and has served as trial counsel in jury and non-jury trials in state and federal court. She has wide-ranging experience in disputes and litigation with an emphasis in construction contract and defect litigation, lien and bond claims, environmental litigation, products liability, and other complex, multi-party civil litigation.

Successfully obtained summary judgment for property and royalty owner on CERCLA and common law claims.

Successfully defended poultry integrator against preliminary injunction in environmental matter and participated in six (6) month bench trial seeking permanent injunction that has not been granted.

Obtained summary judgment for paint manufacturer on products liability and warranty claims in Federal Court litigation.

Obtained summary judgment for tire manufacturer on products liability claims in Federal Court litigation.

Obtained order barring plaintiffs’ expert from testifying in State Court litigation claiming damage to property from disposal practices of oil and gas companies.
