Nathan Clark earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Baylor University in 1994, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Nathan attained a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 1997. He is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma Bar Association, as well as the Kansas Bar Association. He is also a member of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.

Nathan has served as President for the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel.

Nathan further frequently defends physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation.
