Nathan Clark earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Baylor University in 1994, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Nathan attained a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 1997. He is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma Bar Association, as well as the Kansas Bar Association. He is also a member of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.

Nathan has served as President for the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel.

Nathan is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings and is on the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only, peer-reviewed group of top U.S. trial lawyers. Nathan is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

He is specialty litigation counsel for several truck stops and convenience store groups, hospitality and retail companies, and air ambulance and emergent care providers as well as preferred panel counsel for multiple insurers. Nathan further frequently defends physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation.
