Michael D. Goss is an associate in Rhodes Hieronymus. His areas of specialization include litigation with an emphasis on transportation law, premises liability, construction litigation, professional liability and wrongful death claims in both federal and state courts.


Michael Goss earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwest Missouri State University in1992 and a Juris Doctor from University of Tulsa College of Law in 1995. During law school, Mr. Goss was selected to the Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law and served as Publishing Editor. He was also a member of Phi Delta Phi international legal honor society. At Northwest, Mr. Goss was selected to the Blue Key National Honor Fraternity and served as the chapter President.

Mr. Goss handles complex litigation and is experienced building relationships with clients and business partners to timely investigate and analyze their critical legal issues in order to identify and evaluate the risk and work together to develop a strategic plan for resolution that assures their best interests are effectively represented while preserving their economic stability. In addition to litigation, Mr. Goss represents clients in various administrative proceedings before federal, state and local governmental agencies.
