Erica Parks primarily focuses on civil litigation with experience in a variety of areas. She has many years of experience in family law, including divorce and separation, child custody, child and spousal support, and property division. She also handles personal injury cases as well as insurance defense and criminal defense.

Highlights

Erica Parks grew up in Tulsa. Although she loves cold weather and vacations in the mountains, she loves the community here in Tulsa and raising her two children, who attend school at Jenks. Erica attended undergraduate school at Texas Christian University, where she graduated with honors, and then returned to Tulsa to complete her legal studies at the University of Tulsa College of Law. Throughout her career, Erica has spent almost twenty years zealously representing clients and resolving cases through litigation, negotiation and mediation.
