John H. Tucker
John Tucker is a partner in Rhodes Hieronymus and concentrates his practice in a broad range of civil litigation and appellate cases. John is a Fellow, Past Regent, Committee and State Chairman of the American College of Trial Lawyers; a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers; an Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates; a Fellow of the Oklahoma and American Bar Foundations; a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and American Bar Associations; a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission for the State of Oklahoma, 2011-____; Past Oklahoma Chairman of the United States Supreme Court Historical Society; and a Master of the American Inns of Court.
In addition to his work for clients, he is the Senior Adjunct Settlement Judge, Special Projects, in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma. He was Chairman of the Civil Justice Reform Act Advisory Committee for the Northern District of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma delegate on the Tenth Circuit Advisory Committee of the U.S. Court of Appeals.
