Dan Folluo is a partner in Rhodes Hieronymus. He concentrates on civil defense cases with an emphasis in products liability, transportation law, extra contractual defense and professional liability.

Dan received a Bachelor of Science from Southwest Missouri State University in 1982 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa in 1985.

Dan Folluo is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

He is a Past-President of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel (1998), was co-editor of the Association’s newsletter (1996 – 1997) and Board Member (1995 – 1999). Dan is the 2012 President of the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

A frequent lecturer at Bar Association events, Dan also serves as an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the Oklahoma State Court System. He is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association, the Defense Research Institute (Exceptional Performance citation, 1998), and the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel.

Dan is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
