The Firm and the lawyers it hires have a mutual expectation that every associate intends to make their career at Rhodes Hieronymus. One consequence of this is that our turnover is low.
Most of our lawyer hiring is done through our law school clerk program. We regularly interview 1L and 2L students at the University of Tulsa and the University of Oklahoma, but recent hires include law students at Oklahoma City University, and the Universities of Texas, Arkansas, Idaho and Iowa.
That said, we’re always interested in talking with talented people. Partner Kerry Lewis directs the law clerk program and coordinates lateral applicants as well.
Rhodes Hieronymus offers interesting work in a collaborative environment. Many of our clients know our staff as well as they do our lawyers, due in no small part to the fact that most of our staff has been with us more than a decade. It takes a team to attain the quality of work and results that our clients expect, and that means that our staff and lawyers work together, not apart. We invite you to explore available opportunities; please forward inquiries to our office manager, Greg Madden.
